Some items in the Earthful collection are supplied directly by independent makers or trusted partner suppliers. This allows us to offer a wider range of carefully chosen products while keeping stock and delivery practical. Where this applies, delivery times may vary slightly by product. Earthful remains your point of contact for customer service, order queries, returns and refunds.

We are happy to ship to PO Box addresses where the selected carrier allows.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

• Failure to collect from a local depot

We will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and additional shipping charges may apply.
