All online orders placed by 13:00 (GMT) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. You can choose between different courier services for UK, EU and Rest of World. Once shipped you can track your order by simply logging into your account. If haven’t received your order within the estimated arrival time, please contact us.

We use DHL GoGreen (2-5 business days) for international orders. Shipping price depends on your location, but we offer free shipping on all orders over £50! Returns Policy


In the unlikely event of you having to return your products, please read our policy procedure below and if necessary, contact us before attempting any kind of return. If you try to return goods without following the policy below, we will not be able to track your goods due to the nature of the carriers and warehouses we use.


Returns procedure


We want you to love our products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will do our very best to make you happy! Therefore, we offer a full refund (shipping cost excluded) on new and unused items, if you return the items safely within 14 days after receiving.


Please send items tracked and keep the receipt until you have received the refund as we can’t take responsibility for any lost items. Email us to arrange this and receive the returns address.


If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically sent to the original payment card.


Post-Return: where’s my refund?


Please be patient, sometimes it takes a few working days for the payment to go back on your card. Check your bank account or card to see if it has been returned, if nothing is present, call the company to see if it is being processed. More often than not this will give you your answer on when the money is due back to you. If all of this does not prove to give you the answer then we will, of course, be more than happy to help you – please email


Refund on sale items


Our refund policy is for normal priced items, not sale items.




We will exchange your product if it is faulty or defective. If you believe this is the case, then please email to get approval to process an exchange. We may ask you to describe the nature of the problem and perhaps a few pictures to help us identify how we can best help.


Shipping back your item


In the unlikely event you have to send your item back for any of the above reasons, please ensure it has been arranged with our ‘returns team’ before doing so. Failure to arrange the nature of the return with us – e.g. whether it is a ‘faulty item’ or ‘exchange item,’ will result in us being unable to keep track of the return properly on our system. If the return of the item is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid royal mail tracked return label to print. This guarantee’s we receive the item. If you are due a refund, a fixed return shipping cost of £2.99 will be deducted from your refund.
